In our European Distribution Center, located in Tilburg, the Netherlands, we are looking for a
SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST - EXPORT (F/M/D)
Your tasks in detail:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Support Specialist to oversee order management
and export processes. In this role, you will ensure seamless delivery processes, manage export
documentation, and lead cross-functional communication to meet our customers‘ specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
› Plan, prepare, and manage the full lifecycle of orders
› Oversee delivery processes to ensure strict adherence to specific customer requirements
› Handle customer claims and returns independently and efficiently
› Manage the complete process for export shipments – from order planning and verification to booking
shipments with agents
› Prepare outbound customs documents (MRN) and commercial invoices
› Serve as the primary point of contact between Sales, Supply and Warehouse teams regarding inbound
and outbound order processes
› Monitor and act on deviations from standard processes in accordance with Service Level Agreements
(SLAs)
Your Profile:
› 3-5 years’ experience in order management and export logistics
› Knowledge of customs documentation (MRN, commercial invoices), Junior declarant would be a plus
› Very good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
› Very good English skills and preferable Dutch language skills
› Proactive, collaborative, and self-driven – with the ability to bridge operations, internal and external
stakeholders
› Good systems understanding and experience with Office 365
