Design Features

  • Available in stainless steel and thermoplastic housing material options for pillow block, four-bolt flange and two-bolt flange models
  • Stainless steel housings are cast from SUS 316 grade for superior corrosion resistance
  • Thermoplastic housings are cast from PBT polyester resin with 20% glass fiber for optimal thermal and dimensional stability
  • Equipped with set screw locking SUS 440C equivalent stainless steel ball bearing inserts engineered with high-performance slinger seals
  • Bearing inserts are factory-filled with FDA/USDA H1 food-grade grease
  • Units are equipped to facilitate grease re-lubrication
  • Radial internal clearance C3 is standard
  • For shafts ranging from 12 to 65 mm, 1/2 to 2-1/2”
