I have been with NSK for about 10 years. I graduated from Valparaiso University and started with NSK immediately out of college. I have had the opportunity to work in Japan, training at our Fujisawa Technical Center multiple times to learn and expand capabilities for the Industrial Business Unit. Learning the Japanese culture helped me recognize and understand the nuances in how business is conducted in a global company. I was also able to develop relationships with foreign colleagues to improve communication and build mutual respect. Through my various engineering functions, NSK has offered me the ability to think critically, analyze situations and determine the best course of action. The work we do today contributes to the development of society by focusing on sustainability and increasing efficiency, striving for a better world for tomorrow’s generation.
