**NSK JAPAN EARTHQUAKE UPDATE**
The earthquake and following tsunami that struck Japan on Friday has caused catastrophic loss of life and property damage. On behalf of the NSK Americas team we extend our sincerest sympathies to the people of Japan.
Information on the extent of the disruption to NSK Americas remains limited, primarily based on the lack of detail from our supply chain partners. We would, however, like to provide the following update related to NSK operations:
1. Disruption to our plant operations continues to be assessed. The continued power outages and limited gas supplies are affecting our operations, with the most damage reported at our Fukushima plant. All plants are assessing the impact of the earthquake and tsunami on our supply base and distribution channels. Updates will be provided as information is received from Japan.
2. There is no immediate impact on our operations in the Americas, but this could change as we receive updates from Japan. As details become available we will continue to update our webpage.
