NSK Americas announces appointment of Brian Lindsay as President and Chief Operating Officer, NSK Americas
Ann Arbor, MI, February 20, 2009 - NSK Americas has announced the appointment of Brian Lindsay as President and Chief Operating Officer, NSK Americas.  Mr. Lindsay joins NSK following nearly ten years with TI Automotive, Ltd., where his most recent position was President of their Global Fuel Systems division.  Prior to that, he was the Managing Director, Commercial - Global Fuel Systems, with TI Automotive.

As President and COO of NSK Americas, Lindsay will have full operations management responsibility for all organizations and entities of NSK Americas.  Reporting to Lindsay will be the Presidents of NSK Canada, NSK Corporation, NSK Precision America, NSK Steering Systems, NSK Latin America, NSK Mexico and NSK Brazil.  Also reporting to him will be the heads of the NSK Americas Support Services Unit.

Lindsay has more than 30 years experience in industry, predominantly in automotive with operations management experience throughout Europe, Asia, Brazil and North America.  Prior to joining TI Automotive, he had more than 20 years experience with T&N PLC – Friction Products Group, culminating in the position of President – Ferodo America, Inc.  Before he entered general operations management, Lindsay was extensively involved in the sales and marketing functions. 

Lindsay was educated at the University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom where he received his degree in German and Business Studies. He has lived in Rochester Hills, Michigan since 2004 with his wife and 4 children.
