NSK's MCH Series Monocarrier Actuator Helps Streamline Automation Applications
NSK's MCH Series Monocarrier linear actuator aids in streamlining the design and assembly of many automation applications, including assembly and inspection equipment and equipment transportation. MCH Monocarriers feature super-high rigidity and also offer long-term, maintenance free-operation.
Lightweight and compact, the single-axis linear actuator combines high quality NSK ball screws, linear guides and support bearings. This integration of multiple components into a single product offers an efficient, high-performance automation solution to companies across many industries. The all-in-one structure also enables the significant reduction of design and assembly times and costs. The MCH Monocarrier’s robust rail design makes it capable of functioning as a beam member in machine structures.
Featuring standard K1™ Lubrication Units, MCH Monocarriers are maintenance-free and utilize corrosion-resistant, low-temperature black chrome plating on the rail and slider. Additionally, through the use of combining brackets, the linear actuators can become a multiple-axis mechanism. Other options include covers and sensor kits, adapter plates for different motor interfaces, multiple carriages and custom lengths. All Monocarrier products are RoHS compliant.
