Robot Modules

Robot Modules are complete linear axis, X-Y Stages and XYZ Stages for various automation applications in the semiconductor, electronics and medical industries as well as automated assembly and production areas. This Cartesian robot uses high quality NSK linear guides, NSK ball screws and NSK Monocarrier linear actuators for a high level of mechanical reliability. Maintenance-free operation with K1™ Lubrication Units is standard on the ball screw and linear guide. Unit comes ready for you to install the motor assembly of your choice, and design and sourcing time are reduced by combining the 60+ components into one assembly.

Optional Components for MR Series Robot Modules

  • Motor Mounting Kits- Provide the hardware necessary to connect NEMA 23, NEMA 34 or 60mm Frame Metric motors to the base module.
  • Limit Sensor Kits- Set your module stroke limit and home position externally.
  • Combining Brackets- Effortlessly combine your module into a 2- or 3-axis mechanism. 
  • Module Mounting Plates- Mount your module in a "top down" position for even more flexibility.
