Position:  Application Engineer C - March 31, 2010

Location:  Miami, Florida Sales Office

Description:  Provides company with a source for engineering and technical authority on selection, application, use and performance of our products.  Acts in conjunction with sales and branch personnel, contacts customers to ascertain technical and service requirements.  Stimulates sales by obtaining approval of company products.  Works with the guidance of the application engineering manager or segment manager. Performs technical calculations/evaluation of customer application requirements.  Communicates with NSK plants on customer needs. Administrates cost reduction ideas and new designs. Assists development engineers with evaluation of tested products.
Training and development of customers and NSK personnel relating to NSK products.

Requirements:  Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Mechanical Engineering degree preferred).  One year of position-related experience; preferably 1 to 2 years of position-related experience.

Position:  Test Engineer - July 15, 2010

Location:  Bennington, Vermont

Description: 

• Review Customer test specification and ensure adherence
• Prepare design specifications for new test equipment and criteria.
• Design and procure special fixturing.
• Provide engineering support to both internal and external customers.
• Evaluation of all column and I-Shaft warranty returns

Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a minimum of four (4) years test lab experience. A high level understanding of physics and basic mechanics concepts. A thorough knowledge of automotive systems and interaction of same. Use of data acquisition systems and good oral and written presentation skills.
