Description:
• Oversees all accounting activity throughout the Plant providing support to the Plant Manager and staff.
• Acts as liaison between corporate accounting and the plant
• Month end closing activities including preparation and review of journal entries, preparation and analysis of plant financial reports.
• Reviews and develops procedures for accurate reporting and recording of inventory transactions.
• Plans and assists with development of the annual business plan.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field with four (4) years of position related experience.

Description:
• Develop strong relationships with and provide necessary support to current and potential customers to facilitate the qualification and development of sale of NSSA’s products.
• Sales planning to include cost reductions, quality, delivery targets, and implementation of strategies to maintain or improve margins.
• Develop new programs to increase penetration at existing accounts.
• As part of global coordination work with the design process for new business opportunities, global pricing, identify future opportunities and maintain worldwide contact through appropriate travel (approximately 25% travel)
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of related experience including Automotive Tier 1 experience.

Description: Define opportunities and manage new business development for NSK’s Pulp and Paper segment. Responsible for meeting sales and profit goals of NSK motion products. Will interact with equipment designers and operators, maintenance personnel and other individuals involved in the buying decision of NSK products and services.
Requirements: A minimum of an Associate’s degree and 6 to 8 years position-related experience (preferably in the pulp and paper industry) is required. Experience interfacing with technical buyers and engineers also a must.

Description: Responsible for sales, profit and market segment growth of NSK Bearing and Linear Motion Products primarily through our aftermarket distributor channel. Must be able to develop and implement sales plans to expand our customer base.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree and 4 to 6 years outside sales experience (preferably in bearing sales) is required. Successful candidate will demonstrate a history of sales achievements within industrial distribution and the OEM marketplace. Experience interfacing with technical buyers and engineers also a must. Pulp & Paper industry experience strongly preferred. Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) required.

Description: Provides company with a source for engineering and technical authority on selection, application, use and performance of our products. Acts in conjunction with sales and branch personnel, contacts customers to ascertain technical and service requirements. Stimulates sales by obtaining approval of company products. Works with the guidance of the application engineering manager or segment manager. Performs technical calculations/evaluation of customer application requirements. Communicates with NSK plants on customer needs. Administrates cost reduction ideas and new designs. Assists development engineers with evaluation of tested products.
Training and development of customers and NSK personnel relating to NSK products.
Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Mechanical Engineering degree preferred). Two to four years of position-related experience; preferably 4 to 6 years of position-related experience. Rotating machinery experience strongly preferred.
