Monocarriers
Compact single axis linear actuators combine high quality NSK ball screws, linear guides and support bearings. Achieve maintenance-free operation with K1™ Lubrication Units which are built in as a standard feature on these linear actuators. Each linear actuator features corrosion resistant, low-temperature black chrome plating on the rail and slider. These linear actuators offer simplified design and installation across many industries.
NSK Monocarriers are now in compliance with RoHS requirements due to a change in the sensor type used. In addition, the design of the Monocarrier has been improved to allow greater flexibility when mounting the sensors to the rail. The sensors can be freely mounted at any position on the rail.
Monocarriers are now manufactured in the US and available for delivery within two weeks.
Monocarrier MCM Series
These lightweight, compact linear actuators offer maintenance-free operation with K1™ Lubrication Units. A variety of sizes are available for the MCM Series, making the linear actuator useful in various industries and factory automation applications. Roller bearings contribute to less friction and longer life, and special coating provides corrosion resistance.
NSK's MCM quick ship program offers lead time of 3-4 weeks for MCM03, MCM05, and MCM06 Monocarrier linear actuators. For an additional expedite fee, NSK can provide the same Monocarriers with a 2-week lead time. Expedited (2-week) order quantities are limited to 5 pieces. Also included in the quick ship program are combining brackets which allow the Monocarrier to become a multi-axis actuator.

Monocarrier MCH Series
The MCH Monocarrier features super-high rigid rails suitable for cantilever beams and other factory automation applications. These linear actuators offer enhanced rail rigidity, LED-equipped sensors along with K1™ Lubrication Units and excellent corrosion resistance with standard low-temperature black chrome coating. Double sliders are available to improve moment load capacity and straightness.
