LINEAR ACTUATOR MONOCARRIER™ AND TOUGHCARRIER™
NSK produces two different product lines of linear actuators: Monocarrier™ and Toughcarrier™. Both incorporate a compact, single-axis design using reliable NSK products which include ball screws, linear guides and support bearings. The difference between the two types is the rolling element. NSK’s Monocarrier™ utilizes a standard ball type whereas the Toughcarrier™ uses rollers, instead of balls.

MONOCARRIER™ MCM Series
Lightweight, compact linear actuators in a variety of sizes make this linear actuator useful in various applications including factory automation applications. Rolling bearings result in lower friction and longer life.

Toughcarrier™ TCH Series
The Toughcarrier™ features super high-load capacity and rigiity by using rollers instead of balls as the rolling elements. The load capacity is more than double that of the standard Monocarrier. The Toughcarrier™ an the Monocarrier™ MCH Series are interchangable.
