A-Series & S-Series
NSK has standardized certain popular ball screw types by creating a standard stock series for immediate delivery with:
- Machined shaft end configuration for support units (A-Series)
- Unmachined unhardened shaft ends for easy reworking (S-Series)
HTF-SRC Series
Heavy load ball screws are ideal for injection molding machines and other factory automation applications. They feature high speed operation and low noise output.
V1 BSS Series
High-speed, quiet, smooth operation in a compact design. Dust proofing capabilities and maintenance-free operation extend product life in contaminated environments.
HMC Series
Ball screws offer high speed linear motion, low vibration and noise, high rigidity, high load capacity, and compact nut design.
K1™ Lubrication Units
Linear motion made maintenance-free with K1™ Lubrication Units. These patented units provide long-term maintenance-free operation.
Ball Screw Support Units
NSK support bearings are factory lubricated with special long-life grease formulations and designed to extend the life of NSK ball screws.
High Performance Seals
Increase durability and product life with high performance seals which reduce the entry of wood particles, dust and other fine contaminates.
Greases
NSK offers a variety of greases specifically designed to excel in varying environments. The list below describes the different greases and uses.
- AS2 grease is formulated for ball screws and linear guides for general use at high loads.
- PS2 grease is formulated for ball screws and linear guides for low temperature and high frequency operation.
- LR3 grease is formulated for ball screws at high speed, medium load.
- LG2 grease is formulated for ball screws and linear guides for clean environments.
- NF2 grease is formulated for fretting resistant ball screws and linear guides.
