Due to significant increased demand globally and a shortage of small parts and components, NSK must temporarily suspend our quick ship program for Monocarrier and Robot Module products.
Previously, quick ship lead times for Robot Modules and Monocarrier series products MCM03, MCM05 and MCM06 were 3-4 weeks with expedite delivery available in 2 weeks. In certain instances, we may be able to fulfill some part numbers in the normal quick ship time frame, most likely in the MCM05 and MCM06 range. However, as mentioned, due to parts available and extended lead times from contract suppliers and component manufacturers, we do not feel comfortable making a delivery commitment on the full range of part numbers in this program until supply normalizes. Please contact your NSK ISR for current delivery lead times on items in this program.
The lead times for other Quick Ship products (Linear Guides, Compact FA Ball Screws) remain unaffected at this time. We have taken action and expect to have the shortages corrected in the coming weeks.
We apologize for any inconvenience this temporary change causes and we are committed to minimizing the impact to you and your customers. We will inform you of updates as they are available.
NSK's Compact FA series ball screws are available with a 2 week lead time to better serve you. The Compact FA offers the following:

October 2009 ASP Academy
"Everything was very nicely done. The hospitality was extravangant. Loved the tour and the opportunity to meet with people I worked with via email and the phone and those I haven't met before who were an intricate part of the team. Also the opportunity to meet with my peers in the business."
"I was impressed by the staff and manufacturing facility and appreciated the opportunity to attend."
August 2009 ASPAcademy
"I liked the entire training, just knowing what NSK does and where their strengths are."
"I found establishing face-to-face contact with product engineers to be beneficial."
June 2009 ASP Academy
"I felt the class was good because I didn't know much about what NSK offered, and what their niche was. It was also a great refresher on the physics and theory behind the products."
"The most beneficial part of the training was the honest competitor analysis. NSK didn't try to suger coat where they were the best and recognized where they could get beaten out by competitors."
