The NSK range of angular contact ball bearings has been designed to meet the increasingly demanding requirements of original equipment manufacturers. These bearings have a contact angle so that they can sustain significant axial loads in one direction together with radial loads. Furthermore, since an axial component is generated when a radial load is applied, these bearings are generally used in pairs, triplex sets, quadruplex sets, or multiplex sets. NSK offers one of the most comprehensive ranges of angular contact ball bearings available.
Product Features and Benefits:
Individual bearings of this type are capable of taking radial loads and also axial loads in one direction. Four contact angles of 15°, 25°, 30°, and 40° are available.
Two single-row angular contact ball bearings mounted back-to-back except that they have only one inner ring and one outer ring, each having raceways. They can take axial loads in either direction.
The inner & outer rings are separable because the inner ring is split in a radial plane. Taking axial loads in either direction, the balls have a contact angle of 35° with each ring.
A combination of two radial bearings is called a duplex pair. Duplex types include DF, DB and DT.
Magnetic clutch bearings with high sealing performance, high moment rigidity, and long life.
Sealed bearings - free of contamination, before and during operation while providing high level machining performance.
Bearings with superior resistance to oil, chemicals, gas & heat while providing significantly longer-life performance.
Designed for outstanding toughness under harsh conditions, combining longer service life & superior resistance against wear, seizure & heat.
Bearings designed for easy handling, long-life, low vibration, & quiet running in application.
